By accessing and using the Kabat application, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The app provides a platform for buying and selling pre-owned luxury goods. All products listed on the platform undergo authentication and quality grading by our expert team. Users must provide accurate information when creating listings or making purchases.

Kabat reserves the right to remove any listing that does not meet our quality standards or violates our community guidelines. Users are responsible for ensuring their products are accurately described and photographed.

EXPERTS KNOWLEDGE

Our team of authentication experts carefully examines each product submitted to the platform. We use industry-standard methods to verify authenticity, including examining materials, hardware, stitching, and serial numbers. Each product receives a condition grade that reflects its current state.

USAGE OF PHOTOS

All product photos submitted to Kabat become part of the product listing and may be used for marketing purposes. Sellers retain ownership of their original photos but grant Kabat a non-exclusive license to use them on the platform and in promotional materials. Photos must accurately represent the product being sold.

Kabat may edit or enhance photos for consistency across the platform while maintaining accuracy. Users should not submit photos that contain watermarks, logos, or content from other platforms.

FEES AND PAYMENTS

A listing fee of KD 10 is charged for each approved product. This fee covers the authentication process and listing on the platform. Payment methods accepted include KNET, Credit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.
